Ingredients
- 1.5oz Pineapple Infused Bulleit Bourbon
- 0.5oz Passionfruit Agave
- 0.5oz Ginger Syrup
- 0.75oz Lime Juice
- 2 drops Toasted Sesame Oil
- Top with Tropical Seltzer
Garnish
- Sesame Chilli Salt Rim
Equipment
- Collins glass
Instructions
- Jigger all ingredients into a mixing glass and ice
- Whip Shake
- Strain into a sesame chili salt rimmed collins glass
- Top with soda
Ahi Tuna Poke
Ingredients
- Poke
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 pinch togarashi
- 1 tbsp soy
- Salt to taste
- Taro Chips
- Small taro
- 1 qt oil
- Guacamole
- 2 avocados
- 1 lime
- 2 sprigs cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 jalapeno, minced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Ahi Tuna Poke
- Dice ahi tuna
- Slice onions thin
- Slice green onions
- Mix everything in a bowl
- Taro Chips
- Shave taro thin, rinse under water and pat dry.
- Preheat oil to 350 degrees in pot and fry chips until golden brown
- Guacamole
- Smash avocado, and mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Assembly
- On a plate, layer avocado then poke on top and eat like a dip with the taro chips
